Stories written with love, in two languages

The stories and poems are written by me, for children growing up between two languages and cultures. Through them, the little ones hear their mother tongue in a natural, warm and joyful way.

Some of the poems entered competitions and received First Prize and excellence awards, including at international level.

The holiday journal

“Adventures through Romanian stories”

Together with our collaborators we created a holiday journal that brings children closer to reading, to stories and to the Romanian language — in a way that does not feel like homework.

The journal invites children to read, write, draw, ask questions and discover language and traditions through play and creativity.

Romanian books, close to you, in Germany

We run a Romanian book library in Germany, with books to borrow and to buy. We support Romanian bookshops and take part in various book campaigns.

For us, a book is not decoration. It is one of the foundations of the Herr Broccoli world.

Letters to Mr. Broccoli

A pencil, an envelope and a true story

Herr Broccoli supports reading, but also handwriting. That is how the campaign started, inviting children to write letters to Mr. Broccoli.

We love it when a child picks up a pencil, thinks about what to say, writes, draws, puts the letter in an envelope and lives the whole process — from beginning to end.

Children, part of the story

Not just readers — creators

Children are not merely spectators of the story. We write stories together, we use their drawings, and our dream is for every child to open a real book and find their name, drawing or contribution inside. And here there are no “non-winners”: the courage to create, to write or to take part always deserves encouragement.
